CBD Punjab : A business Bay in Lahore

CBD stands for “Central Business District” or Lahore Central Business District is  an urban renewal project initiated and overseen by the Punjab government. Situated on the Walton Airport site and comprising commercial towers, digital zones, green spaces, and intelligent infrastructure to elevate Lahore as an international business centre, Lahore CBD covers several hectares. It encompasses commercial offices, shopping malls, hotels, and residential complexes to bring all these aspects of business together within this grand master-plan development project.

CBD Punjab is distinguished by its environmental concept, which goes beyond concrete and commerce.

Public parks and botanical gardens are included into the design of the area as green spaces.

Energy-efficient designs including solar photovoltaic systems, rainwater collection, and subterranean utilities are characteristics of LEED-certified buildings.

Heat-reflective, environmentally friendly roadways that lower city temperatures and improve visibility are known as “Blue Roads.”Lahore will be the first Asian metropolis to use this technology.
