i found this Cognitive Analytic Therapy Diploma Course on Udemy really helpful for beginners. It’s accredited, taught by Dr. Karen E Wells, and covers all the core CAT concepts like mapping traps and therapy structure. Great if you’re starting out or exploring CAT for personal/professional growth. for formal practice though a UKCP/ACAT-certified program is needed.
